How Often Should I Have My HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems Inspected?

Heating & Cooling System Maintenance: 2x a year (spring and fall)
HVAC manufacturers recommend servicing your system twice a year, so we provide two high-performance service checks each year to all of our Service Partners (maintenance plan customers.) These appointments involve thoroughly inspecting, cleaning, and servicing your entire system. This maintenance ensures that your heating and cooling systems are ready to go as the seasons change in Central Virginia.
Electrical Maintenance Visit: 1x a year
We recommend having your electrical system serviced annually. When you book one of these appointments, one of our expert technicians will inspect your electrical panel, wiring, outlets, and any other system elements you might have. The electrician will share their findings and let you know if they see any issues.
Plumbing Maintenance Visit: 1x a year
A thorough evaluation ensures that your plumbing system operates safely and complies with industry standards, minimizing the risk of leaks, floods, or other hazards.
The inspection includes checking toilets, faucets, hose bibs, and a hot water heater flush. Our team also checks the water pressure and emergency shut-off valves. We make sure that you know which valve to turn off in case of an emergency.
Generator Maintenance: 2x a year
Our electrical team can provide a full-service visit to ensure that your generator operates safely and complies with industry standards. We will observe the operation and measure for proper voltage and frequency output. The visual check includes examining the generator and its enclosure for cleanliness and dryness.
