We will handle the maintenance of your plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electricity, HVAC, and even indoor air quality. And, we have the experience and the expertise to keep your whole-home system working at peak efficiency. This spells savings and energy efficiencies for you and lets you focus on the more important things in your home!

Service Partner Plan Benefits Include:

  • High-Performance Service Checks: Two high-performance service checks each year to ensure that heating and cooling systems are ready to go as the seasons change in central Virginia. (Read more about this service below.)

  • Priority Service: Your general and emergency service calls are given priority scheduling ahead of regular customers.

  • 15% Discount: You receive a 15% discount on any heating, cooling, electric, or plumbing repair as long as you remain part of the program. Note: This 15% discount does not apply to system replacements or other contract work.

  • Discounted emergency service fee

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We promise you complete satisfaction or it’s free.

  • Transferable: Your Service Partner Plan can be transferred to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you are selling. It’s your choice.

Annual Plumbing Inspection: A thorough evaluation ensures that your plumbing system is operating safely and in compliance with industry standards, minimizing the risk of leaks, floods, or other hazards. The inspection includes checking toilets, faucets, hose bibs, and a hot water heater flush. Our team also checks the water pressure and emergency shut-off valves. We make sure that you know which valve to turn off in case of an emergency.

Annual Generator Inspection: Our electrical team can provide a full-service visit to ensure that your generator is operating safely and in compliance with industry standards. We will observe operation and measure for proper voltage and frequency output. The visual check includes an examination of the generator and its enclosure for cleanliness and dryness.
