W.E. Brown is partnering with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and other local home services companies for the Fourth Annual Home Services for the Holidays Food Drive. 

Last year, participating companies donated over 22,000 meals. This year, our goal this year is to donate over 30,000 meals!

The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank assists the 1 in 10 food insecure people in our area. Last year alone, they served 172,000 individuals by providing over 27 million meals. When the food bank can ensure access to healthy food for individuals and families, it enables them to focus better on school and work. This benefits everyone in our community. The need continues to grow, with the food bank seeing an over 35% increase in individuals served over the last three years alone.  Here at W.E. Brown, we believe we can do our part to help.

 Here's how you can help:

1. Drop off dry goods at our office (915 Monticello Road, Charlottesville, VA)

2. Hand your donation off to a service tech during your next service call

3. Call us to pitch in with a monetary donation!

If you provide five pounds worth of food during a service call, we will allow you to donate your dispatch fee to the food bank. We will also match your donation times two! Together, we can turn that single dispatch fee into six months’ worth of meals for one person.

All customers who donate will be entered into a raffle to win a free air scrubber or smart water shut-off!
